I am giving them 5 stars for their courtesy and their prompt Smog inspection done to my car.

I drove up to the garage at 8:30AM and was greeted kindly. They said it would take 20 minutes to inspect my car and I was out of there in 15 minutes. The guys were kind and professional all around, albeit for a short amount of time I was there.

Highly recommended for Smog inspections at least.

I’m new to the area and needed a long over due oil change. Popped into Best Auto Service and technician was friendly and explained the business and history to me helping me feel comfortable. Sometimes getting any car work done you almost have a negative association to it as if you were going to the DMV. The people can care less about their job. I didn’t feel this way at all and will be coming back for future changes, state checks, etc.

I was scheduled to leave on vacation and my Honda Pilot brake sensor started making noise the night before. I went to Best Auto Service the next morning sergio let me know the front rotors and brakes needed to be replaced. He did the replacement in a couple of hours and we were on the road by noon. The next day Sergio called me to see if everything was ok I never have had that kind of service in the auto repair field. I highly recommend Best Auto Service, they will take good care of you and your car.
